  • Seeyatrip curates Hotels/ Flights/ Holiday Packages And any other services using trusted third-party hotels, transport providers, airlines, DMCs, and activity partners.
  • We work to ensure smooth travel experiences and support you wherever situations are within our control.
  • Some circumstances may arise that are beyond Seeyatrip's control due to suppliers, local authorities, or external factors.

Payment Policy

  • A booking advance is required to confirm your Seeyatrip Hotels/ Flights/ Holiday Packages And any other services.
  • Full payment must be completed as per the payment timeline shared at the time of booking.
  • Delayed or incomplete payments may result in cancellation or price changes.
  • Package prices are subject to availability until full payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation charges apply based on the date Seeyatrip receives the cancellation request.
  • Charges increase closer to the travel date.
  • Certain hotels, flights, visas, or activities may be fully non-refundable.
  • No-show or last-minute cancellations may attract 100% cancellation charges.

Partial Cancellation Policy

  • Partial cancellations (such as removing a traveler or a service) are subject to supplier policies.
  • The remaining package may be repriced.
  • No refund is applicable for unused services once the trip has commenced.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds, if applicable, are processed only after Seeyatrip receives refunds from suppliers.
  • Service fees, convenience fees, and non-refundable components are not refundable.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on supplier and banking processes.

Natural Calamity / Force Majeure

  • Events such as natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions are beyond Seeyatrip's control.
  • Refunds, credits, or rescheduling options depend on supplier policies.
  • Seeyatrip will assist with alternative arrangements wherever possible.
  • No compensation is applicable for delays, cancellations, or inconvenience.

Service Availability & Itinerary Changes

  • Certain services may change due to operational, safety, or availability reasons.
  • Similar alternatives may be provided where feasible.
  • No cash refund is applicable unless received from the supplier.

India Hotels/ Flights/ Holiday Packages And any other services

  • Hotels and transport operate as per local regulations and availability.
  • Sightseeing may be impacted by weather, festivals, or local authority restrictions.
  • Monument or attraction closures do not qualify for refunds.

International Hotels/ Flights/ Holiday Packages And any other services

  • Travelers must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
  • Local city taxes, resort fees, or destination charges may be payable directly.
  • Missed services due to flight delays, immigration, or customs processes are non-refundable.
  • Prices may change due to currency fluctuations or tax changes until full payment.

Group Tours / Fixed Departures

  • Group tours operate on fixed itineraries and schedules.
  • No refunds are applicable for missed or unused services.
  • Minimum group size may apply for some tours.
  • The tour manager's decisions during the tour are final.
  • No refund for travelers leaving the group mid-tour.

Visa Assistance

  • Seeyatrip may assist with visa documentation where applicable.
  • Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.
  • Visa fees and service charges are non-refundable.
  • Standard cancellation policies apply in case of visa rejection or delay.
  • Travelers are responsible for providing correct documents and meeting eligibility requirements.

Immigration & Airline Policies

  • Boarding and entry decisions are made by airlines and immigration authorities.
  • Seeyatrip is not responsible for denied boarding, entry, or deportation.
  • No refund is applicable in such cases.

Liability Limitation

  • Seeyatrip's liability is limited to the services booked through us.
  • Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service.
  • Seeyatrip is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
