Parties & Acceptance
This User Agreement is entered into between Seeyatrip Global LLP (hereinafter "Seeyatrip", "we", "us") and you, the individual creating an account or completing a booking on the Platform (hereinafter "User", "you").
This Agreement is formed and becomes binding at the earlier of: (a) your account registration, or (b) your first completed booking on the Platform, whichever occurs first. If you are booking on behalf of other travellers, you warrant that you have their authority and have shared these terms with them.
Eligibility Requirements
To use the Platform as a registered User, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act 1872 or the law of your jurisdiction
- Provide accurate and truthful registration information
- Not have a previously suspended or terminated Seeyatrip account
- Not be prohibited from receiving services under applicable sanctions, export control, or anti-money laundering laws
Guest checkouts (bookings without account registration) are permitted for limited services. Users who book as guests do not have access to account-linked features such as booking history, loyalty points, or saved payment methods.
Scope of Services
Under this Agreement, Seeyatrip provides the following services to you:
- Hotel Search & Booking: Access to 160,000+ accommodation options across domestic and international destinations
- Holiday Packages: Curated travel packages combining accommodation, transport, and experiences
- Visa Assistance: Document review, application preparation, and submission support for selected destinations
- Community Travel: Group travel coordination, community itinerary sharing, and collaborative trip planning
- Travel Information: Destination guides, travel tips, and editorial content
- Customer Support: Pre-booking, in-trip, and post-booking assistance
Seeyatrip continuously develops the Platform. New features may be added or existing features modified with notice to Users. Seeyatrip may withdraw features with reasonable notice where operationally necessary.
User Obligations
As a User, you agree to:
- Provide accurate booking information for yourself and all co-travellers
- Pay all amounts due at the time and in the manner specified
- Review and comply with the specific Supplier's cancellation, house rules, and check-in requirements
- Carry all required travel documentation β passport, visa, health certificates β as required by your destination
- Treat Seeyatrip staff, support agents, Suppliers, and fellow travellers with respect
- Report inaccurate platform information or fraudulent listings to support@seeyatrip.com
- Not share your account credentials with third parties
Payment, Fees & TCS
Payment Processing
Payments are processed via PCI-DSS v4.0 certified payment gateways. Seeyatrip accepts major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Seeyatrip Wallet. Additional payment methods may be available at checkout.
Tax Collected at Source (TCS)
Under the Income Tax Act 1961, Seeyatrip is required to collect TCS on international travel bookings:

TCS collected is remitted to the Income Tax Department. You may claim credit for TCS paid when filing your income tax return.
Convenience & Processing Fees
Seeyatrip may charge a convenience fee or platform service charge for certain booking types. This fee is displayed transparently before payment confirmation and is non-refundable unless the booking is cancelled due to Seeyatrip error.
Data Processing Agreement
By entering into this User Agreement, you acknowledge that Seeyatrip processes your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy and in accordance with:
- Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India)
- General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 β where applicable
- Information Technology Act 2000 and IT (Amendment) Act 2008
Seeyatrip processes your data to fulfil bookings (contractual necessity), prevent fraud (legitimate interest), comply with tax law (legal obligation), and send marketing where you have consented. You have the right to withdraw consent for marketing at any time via your account settings or by emailing privacy@seeyatrip.com.
Communications Consent
By registering, you consent to receive:
- Transactional communications β booking confirmations, payment receipts, itinerary updates, cancellation notices. These are mandatory and cannot be opted out of while you have an active account.
- Service notifications β account security alerts, policy updates, important platform changes
- Marketing communications β travel deals, destination inspiration, platform promotions. These require your separate consent and can be withdrawn at any time.
Communications are sent via email, SMS, push notification (if app installed), and WhatsApp (where consent given). Manage your communication preferences in your account settings or email privacy@seeyatrip.com.
Seeyatrip Wallet & Loyalty
Seeyatrip may operate a loyalty or cashback programme. Key terms:
- Wallet credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn as currency
- Credits expire 12 months from the date of earning unless otherwise stated
- Credits earned fraudulently or through promotional abuse will be forfeited
- Seeyatrip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the loyalty programme with 30 days' notice
- Credits are forfeited on account closure
Account Suspension & Termination
Seeyatrip may suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect if you:
- Violate these Terms, the User Agreement, or the Community Guidelines
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Provide false registration or booking information
- Initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes
- Abuse the refund or cancellation system
You may close your account at any time by emailing support@seeyatrip.com. Closure does not affect completed bookings or outstanding financial obligations. Data retention obligations post-closure are described in the Privacy Policy.
DPDP Act 2023 Compliance
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, as a Data Principal (individual), you have the following rights which Seeyatrip upholds:
Request a summary of personal data Seeyatrip holds about you
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
Request deletion where no lawful retention basis applies
Nominate a person to exercise rights on your behalf in case of death or incapacity
Raise complaints with Seeyatrip's Grievance Officer or the Data Protection Board of India
Withdraw consent for processing based on consent, at any time
Submit DPDP rights requests to privacy@seeyatrip.com. Response SLA: 30 days.
