Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Seeyatrip platform operated by Seeyatrip Global LLP (GSTIN: 36AFFFS7872C1ZQ), a limited liability partnership registered in India, with its principal place of business at 3rd Floor KNR Square, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Seeyatrip operates as an online travel intermediary, connecting travellers with hotels, accommodation suppliers, holiday package providers, visa assistance services, and travel community features. Seeyatrip is not itself a hotel, airline, or travel agent in the traditional sense.

Content	Text, images, reviews, listings, and all other material on the Platform

To make bookings, you must create an account with accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying Seeyatrip immediately of any unauthorised access at security@seeyatrip.com
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Corporate accounts are permissible — the authorised representative warrants they have authority to bind the organisation to these Terms.

Booking Process

A booking is formed when Seeyatrip sends you a written booking confirmation via email. Prior to that point, no contract exists between you and the Supplier. Seeyatrip acts as disclosed agent of the Supplier when facilitating bookings.

Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of applicable taxes and mandatory fees unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are shown in your selected currency. Exchange rate fluctuations may affect the final amount charged for international cards.

Seeyatrip collects Tax Collected at Source (TCS) on international bookings as required under the Income Tax Act 1961, at the rate of 5% (or 20% for users without PAN/Aadhaar) on amounts exceeding the applicable threshold.

Payment Security

All payment transactions are processed through PCI-DSS v4.0 certified payment gateways. Seeyatrip does not store full card details on its servers.

Booking Changes

Modification requests are subject to Supplier availability and applicable change fees. Seeyatrip cannot guarantee that modifications will be accommodated. Refer to the Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

All Platform content including logos, design, software, text, and databases is owned by or licensed to Seeyatrip Global LLP and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.

By submitting reviews, photographs, or other user-generated content to the Platform, you grant Seeyatrip a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for platform and promotional purposes. You retain ownership of your content and warrant it does not infringe third-party rights.

You agree not to:

• Make fraudulent, speculative, or false bookings
• Impersonate any person, organisation, or Seeyatrip staff member
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Platform systems or databases
• Post false, defamatory, or misleading reviews or content
• Use the Platform in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates anti-money laundering laws
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users, suppliers, or Seeyatrip staff
• Circumvent any security or access control features of the Platform
• Re-sell or commercially exploit bookings or Platform content without authorisation

Seeyatrip acts as an intermediary platform. The actual travel services — accommodation, transport, tours — are provided by third-party Suppliers. Seeyatrip is not responsible for the acts, omissions, quality, safety, or legality of Supplier services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seeyatrip's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Platform, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total booking amount paid by you for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

Seeyatrip shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages including loss of profits, lost data, or business interruption, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Seeyatrip is not liable for service failures, overbooking, property closures, or changes by Suppliers; force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, geopolitical events); or inaccuracies in Supplier-provided content such as property descriptions or photographs.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seeyatrip Global LLP, its partners, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, penalties, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Seeyatrip processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing commitments:

• Data collected only for legitimate and specified purposes
• No sale of personal data to third parties
• Rights to access, correct, delete, and port your data
• Compliance with GDPR, DPDP Act 2023, and IT Act 2000

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation for a period of 30 days from the date the disputing party notifies the other in writing. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration in Hyderabad under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 (as amended).

For users in the European Union, the above jurisdiction clause does not affect your rights under the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.

Seeyatrip reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated by:

• Email notification to your registered email address (at least 14 days' notice for material changes)
• A prominent banner on the Platform homepage
• An updated "Last Modified" date on this page

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account by contacting support@seeyatrip.com.
